Brotherhood Records is looking for someone to take on the role of General Manager for a start up record label. We are looking for someone who:
- has a good understanding of band promoting, development, and label structure.
- has a strong ability to develop and implement a solid plan, build a team and lead a team.
- can be available and easy to reach at all times, make daily time for the band, label, and team. Be able to produce detailed daily reports.
A few of the tasks required will be to develop and implement a plan utilizing the focus of the Owner and Band Manager to kick off the Weapon-X promotions. The General Manager will also be responsible for building the team required to complete the necessary tasks. The General Manager will be solely responsible for the results and performance of his team.
